From the 5th February 2011 until the 8th April 2011 Normal Registration rates apply. Late Registration will apply to all registrations after the 8th April 2011. Early Registration ended on the 4th February 2011.

Attendees requiring a letter to support their visa application should contact Ann Marie Sweeney. Please include all details and paper numbers, if applicable. Please note that we can ONLY issue invitation letters when a delegate is duly registered to ECIR 2011.

The registration of participation is binding. All Conference registration fees (i.e. Student, Member and Normal rates) include refreshments, conference banquet, a copy of the proceedings printed (or USB) by Springer in its Lecture Notes in Computer Science series, and other social events. Refreshments and working notes will be provided in the tutorials/workshops and industry day events. Proof of student status must be attached in order to qualify for student rate.

Member fees apply to members of BCS, BCS-IRSG or ACM SIGIR, and membership number must be provided in order to qualify for member rate. The membership number will be validated at registration during ECIR 2011. Cancellations notified on or before 18th March 2011 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After that date, no refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after this date or do not show up at ECIR 2011. Registration fees refunds can only be issued after ECIR 2011 has ended.
